What is your client portal?
The Faseelus Hosting Client Portal is where you can manage any of the web services, your domain names and registrations, log support tickets and also pay invoices. There are other benefits from using the Faseelus Hosting client portal, but we will dive deeper in a later post.
Follow these steps to log into your client portal.
1) Go to the Client Portal Login page
2) Enter your email address and password, which you used during the checkout process or initial registration
3) Click Login
4) This will take you to your Client Portal where you can then manage your account
Common Problems Clients Have Faced Before:
1) Forgot Their Password – If you forgot your password to log into your client portal, you could request a reset password here. Just remember to put in the email address you used to register initially or the email address with which you are receiving invoices from us.
2) Don’t Have A Password – When we create your account, you would not have been able to create a password yourself. In this case, you can use the same method above to reset your password using the email address you received an email with from us about your new account details.
